Marketplace Vendors

Market vendors form the heart of the Front Range Fantasy Festival marketplace and are invited to sell fantasy-inspired, handmade, artistic, or literary goods.

We are especially seeking:

  • Authors and storytellers

  • Visual artists and illustrators

  • Jewelry, accessories, and costume pieces

  • Leatherwork, metalwork, armor, and props

  • Potions, candles, and apothecary-style goods (non-consumable unless properly licensed)

  • Fantasy décor, prints, dice, maps, and themed merchandise

Market vendors should expect high foot traffic, interactive guests, immersive quests woven throughout the grounds, and an atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and play.

2026 Vendor Capacity

Cheyenne, WY – September 19, 2026

  • 150 vendor booth spaces available

  • All vendor booths are outdoors

Loveland, CO – September 26, 2026

  • 40 outdoor vendor booth spaces available

Dual-Weekend Incentive
Preference is given to vendors who participate in both back-to-back festival weekends. Vendors who register for both Cheyenne and Loveland will receive a multi-weekend discount.

Early application is strongly encouraged, as spaces are limited and placement priority is given to full-weekend participants.

No tablecloths are provided for the 2026 Festival.

No extra tickets will be available to vendors. (Volunteer opportunities are available in exchange for tickets.)

Performance Vendors

Performance vendors are interactive partners in the festival experience. These vendors may sell services, promote classes, or offer demonstrations that enhance the immersive environment, including:

  • Dance instructors and performance troupes

  • Sword fighting, fencing, or martial arts demonstrations

  • Musicians, bards, and specialty performers

  • Cosplay services, costuming demos, or character interactions

  • Educational or cultural demonstrations that fit the fantasy theme

Performance vendors may have scheduled showcase times or roam within designated areas, depending on the venue and programming.
