Volunteer Guilds

Step forward. The realm needs you.

No great realm is built by magic alone. The Volunteer Guilds are the heart and hands of the Front Range Fantasy Festival—welcoming guests, guiding quests, supporting performers, and keeping the story moving from first bell to final song.

Town Crier Guild

Hear Ye, Hear Ye!

The Town Crier Guild is a vital voice of the realm—tasked with carrying word of the Front Range Fantasy Festival far and wide.

Members of this guild serve as our messengers, helping to spread the magic throughout the community by:

  • Distributing flyers

  • Placing posters in local businesses

  • Sharing news of upcoming events and gatherings

This is an organized and supported effort—you won’t be wandering alone. Town Criers will receive:

  • Assigned routes and locations

  • Printed materials and supplies

  • Clear instructions for each outing

Every great realm begins with a message—and you are the one who carries it.

10-20 volunteers needed along the Front Range

All ages encouraged!

Realmshapers

The builders behind the magic.
10-12 Volunteers in  Cheyenne

Realmshapers are the architects of the Festival experience. Before guests ever step through the gates, Realmshapers transform ordinary parks and buildings into magical kingdoms filled with castles, fairy glades, market stalls, stages, and immersive attractions.

Realmshapers also help vendors unload and load their equipment, assist performers with staging, set up activity areas, install decorations, and ensure everything is ready before the Festival opens. After the adventure ends, they help carefully pack equipment, dismantle displays, and restore the venue.

Realmshapers may volunteer during one or more of four opportunities:

  • Day Before: Festival setup and construction

  • Festival Morning: Vendor load-in and final preparations

  • Festival Evening: Vendor load-out and equipment removal

  • Day After: Final strike and venue restoration

If you enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and seeing a vision come to life, this is the Guild for you.

Ideal for: Builders, decorators, stage crews, physically active volunteers, and anyone who enjoys working behind the scenes.
