Last weekend, we held our very first Dreamweavers Community Meeting—and it was nothing short of magical! ✨ Thank you to everyone who joined us to share ideas, feedback, and dreams for the future of the Front Range Fantasy Festival. Your creativity and passion continue to breathe life into this growing community of storytellers, makers, and dreamers.
We’re thrilled to announce that our Dreamweavers meetings will now be held regularly on the first Sunday of every month:
2:00 PM in Cheyenne
5:00 PM in Loveland
(Exact locations to be determined—stay tuned!)
These gatherings are open to everyone who believes in the magic of imagination and community. Whether you’re a vendor, volunteer, performer, or a fan who simply loves the festival, your voice matters as we shape the next chapter together.
🕯️ November 2 Meeting: Building the Future
Our next meeting will be especially important. We’ll be discussing our upcoming transition to becoming a nonprofit organization and beginning the process of forming our board of directors.
We are seeking individuals for the following roles:
Board Chair
Vice Chair
Secretary
Treasurer
Ideally, these positions will be filled by community members who have no direct financial interest in the Front Range Fantasy Festival, but who share a deep commitment to our mission—to make fantasy, art, and adventure accessible to all, especially in rural communities where imagination and connection are needed most.
Together, we’ll also begin drafting the core tenets of our mission, exploring how the festival can continue to bring joy, creativity, and opportunity to people across Wyoming and Colorado.
