Hello, Fantasy Festival friends, vendors, performers, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners!

We did it!

The 2026 Front Range Fantasy Festival has officially come to a close, and we want to congratulate—and thank—everyone who helped make our festivals in Cheyenne on September 19 and Loveland on September 26 possible.

Hundreds of people joined us across both communities. Our vendors filled the Fantasy Markets with incredible creations. Our performers brought our world and characters to life. Our volunteers kept things moving. Our sponsors and partners believed in an ambitious first-year nonprofit. And our guests showed up ready to dress up, explore, dance, play, and become part of the story.

This was our first year operating as a nonprofit, and we learned an enormous amount. Some things worked beautifully. Some things surprised us. Some things were harder than we expected. And there are absolutely things we want to change as we build a stronger, more sustainable festival.

Now, we want to hear from you.

Join Us for Our Festival Review & Board Meeting

Our next Board meeting will be Sunday, October 4 at 4:30 PM, and our festival community is invited to join us.

Cheyenne — Railspur Loveland — Grimm Brothers

We will be reviewing the 2026 festival, talking openly about what worked and what needs improvement, and gathering feedback from our vendors, performers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and attendees.

If you participated this year, your perspective matters. We want to know what you loved, what was challenging, and what you would like to see from FRFF in the future.

In November, we will begin discussions about restructuring the festival and Board leadership for 2027. Our goal is to create a more sustainable organization, better distribute the work required to produce these events, and build a structure that can support FRFF for years to come.

In December, the Board will vote on leadership for the coming year.

If you care about the future of Front Range Fantasy Festival and would like to become more involved, now is a wonderful time to join the conversation.

The Festival Is Over, but the Magic Isn’t

Front Range Fantasy Festival was never intended to create magic for only one weekend a year. We will continue offering smaller fantasy experiences and community pop-ups throughout the year.

October 11 — Twisted Fairytales | Cheyenne 10:30–11:30 AM | Twinkle Twinkle Little Store

Join us before the store opens for a special experience inside Twinkle Twinkle Little Store’s meditation room. We’ll step into familiar fairytales—with a twist—for an intimate morning of storytelling and magic.

November — Autumnal Magic | Loveland Love Shack

Our Loveland community gets another turn! We’ll gather at Love Shack for a cozy autumn fantasy pop-up celebrating the changing season. Date and additional details are coming soon.

December 20 — Yule Lantern Walk | Cheyenne 5–6 PM | Lions Park

We’ll meet outside the Kiwanis Community House and set out together for a lantern-lit walk all the way around Lions Park, returning to our starting point.

This is an entirely outdoor event. We will not be entering the Kiwanis Community House, so bundle up, bring a lantern, and join us for some winter magic as we close out 2026 together.

A HUGE Thank You to Our 2026 Sponsors & Partners

Before we look too far ahead, we need to recognize the businesses and organizations that helped make this year possible.

True Troupe — thank you for partnering with us and contributing your talents to the experience we created for our guests.

And to every individual donor, volunteer, performer, vendor, business, and community member who contributed something along the way: thank you.

Some gave financially. Others gave us space, services, photography, resources, hospitality, programming, or countless hours of work.

Every contribution mattered. Please support the people who supported us.

Help Us Finish Our First Nonprofit Year Strong

We accomplished something extraordinary this year, but our work isn’t quite finished.

Our year-end fundraising campaign has a goal of $10,000 by December 31, 2026 to help close the remaining first-year operating-cost gap and allow FRFF to enter 2027 on stronger footing.

If you attended the festival, participated as a vendor, followed our journey, or simply believe that experiences like this deserve a place in our communities, please consider a donation of $10, $25, $50, or whatever amount works for you.

Zeffy allows 100% of your donation to go to our mission.

As a special thank-you, any donation of at least $50 can receive an FRFF gift bag while supplies last, including a festival tote, shoulder pal, bookmark, and a notecard featuring our special Shelby Thayne artwork collaboration.

You can also help support specific pieces of the magic:

Sponsor a Quest — $25

Sponsor a Quartet Member — $200

Sponsor an Actor — $500

Sponsor our Balloon Artist — $600

Every donation helps us finish what we started this year and gives us a stronger foundation for what comes next.

And Finally: Thank YOU

To every person who bought a ticket, set up a vendor booth, put on a costume, performed on a stage, volunteered a shift, sponsored an experience, shared a post, donated, danced at the Ball, completed a quest, brought your children, traveled from another community, or simply told someone else about Front Range Fantasy Festival:

Thank you.

You helped us prove something important this year:

People want this. People will travel for this. There is a community here worth continuing to build.

Now we get to build the next chapter together.

We hope you’ll join us Sunday, October 4 at 4:30 PM, share your feedback, come play with us at one of our upcoming pop-ups, and help us finish 2026 strong.

Fantasy is for Everyone.

With enormous gratitude,

Zarah O’Holleran
