A Season of Momentum: 1023 Update, Volunteers Needed, and Upcoming Events

The magic is building, and we have some exciting updates to share with our community.

501(c)(3) Status Update

We are officially in progress with our IRS Form 1023 application for nonprofit status. This is a major step forward for the Front Range Fantasy Festival, allowing us to expand our reach, pursue grant funding, and deepen our impact in the community.

While we await our official determination letter, we are continuing to move forward with programming, partnerships, and planning for an incredible 2026 season. Your support during this phase means everything—it’s helping us build something truly lasting.

Calling All Town Criers & Dreamweavers

We are actively looking for volunteers to help us spread the word and bring the festival to life.

Town Criers will serve as our voices in the community—helping distribute flyers, share event details, and invite others to experience the magic.

We are also seeking volunteers to assist with canvassing efforts throughout Cheyenne, Loveland, and the surrounding Front Range. This grassroots outreach is one of the most powerful ways we grow, and it’s a fun, social way to get involved.

If you’ve been looking for a way to contribute, this is it. Whether you can give a few hours or want to be more involved, we would love to have you join us.

Upcoming Pop-Up Event – April 18

Join us next Saturday, April 18, for our next pop-up experience:

Heroes in Training is a family-friendly event designed to introduce guests to the world of the festival. Attendees will be able to explore interactive activities, engage with the story, and get a taste of what’s to come this fall.

This event is free to attend, with a suggested $5 donation to support the festival.

It’s the perfect opportunity to bring friends, meet the team, and experience the magic firsthand.

Dreamweavers & Quarterly Meeting – April 12

Our next Dreamweavers Meeting and Quarterly Review will take place:

April 12 at 4:30 PM at Railspur in Cheyenne.

This gathering is open to volunteers, supporters, and anyone interested in getting more involved. We’ll be welcoming new faces, sharing updates, and beginning hands-on creative work for the festival.

If you’ve been curious about joining the team, this is the perfect place to start.

Craft: Tiny origami stars for use in fairy trinkets and merchandise.

Looking Ahead

Every week, this vision becomes more real. From nonprofit status to growing volunteer teams and expanding events, we are building something truly special—together.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Fantasy is for everyone.
