What a wonderful evening of collaboration and forward momentum for the Front Range Fantasy Festival!
We are excited to share that we unanimously voted in our first three board members:
🌿 Katie Overstreet — Secretary
🎨 Kara Jaynes — General Board Member, Vendor Coordinator
⚔️ Taylor Menor — General Board Member, HEMA Coordinator
We’re incredibly grateful for their willingness to step into leadership and help shape the future of the festival.
At this time, we are still seeking a Treasurer and a Volunteer Coordinator. Per our bylaws, we are able to move forward with three board members and add these officer roles as the organization continues to grow. We are also actively working on identifying a nonprofit mentor to support us through this next phase.
We reviewed a few additional updates needed for our bylaws, which will be brought forward for a vote next Sunday. We remain on track to complete incorporation by the end of January.
Looking ahead, we’re also working on finalizing dates for our monthly pop-up events, which will help keep the magic alive throughout the year as we build toward the full festival.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, share ideas, and continues to dream alongside us. This community is truly the heart of the festival.
