✨ Dreamweavers Update – The Realm is Stirring ✨

Hello Dreamweavers,

The season is beginning to bloom, and the magic is moving from vision into action.

We have several pop-up events underway, and they are already building beautiful momentum in our community. Each one is a chance to introduce new friends to the Front Range Fantasy Festival and invite them into the story we’re creating together.

Now we need your help.

🌿 Pop-Up Flyer Team – Join the Canvassing Guild

We are officially forming our Flyer & Canvassing Team!

If you would like to help distribute pop-up flyers and spread the word about the Front Range Fantasy Festival, simply reply to this email and I will coordinate a time to meet with you and provide physical copies of the flyers, along with a simple canvassing assignment and suggested locations.

We are building teams all along the Front Range — from Casper to Denver.

However, our initial focus will be:

• Cheyenne

• Loveland

These are our 2026 festival locations, and early visibility in these communities is key.

The goal is simple:Let people know we are here.Let them feel the excitement building.Let them mark their calendars for September.

If you can spare even an hour, it truly makes a difference.

🌞 The Big Push – June

June will be our major visibility month.

We will need volunteers to:

• Hang posters around town

• Assist with quest development and testing

• Help build and prep set pieces

• Support pop-up activations

This is where imagination meets elbow grease — and it’s one of the most exciting phases of the process.

🌟 We Are Still Seeking Board Members

We are actively expanding our Board of Directors.

Commitment:A few hours per month + participation during both festival weekends in September.

The reward:

• Being on the ground floor of an exciting new nonprofit

• Resume-building leadership experience

• World-building

• Community-building

• Helping shape something meaningful from the very beginning
