Magic is stirring across the Front Range… and we have exciting news to share!
Potions, Community, and a Weekend of Magic
This weekend, we are thrilled to host a Potions Apothecary Pop-Up Event at Hawthorn Tree.
This immersive mini-experience will allow guests to step into a whimsical herbal apothecary where curiosity, riddles, and discovery come together.
Visitors will explore a mystical potion workshop filled with herbs, vials, and magical lore. Throughout the apothecary, guests will encounter small quests and riddles that reveal the secrets of famous potions and ingredients. Those who solve the challenges may even earn a tiny butterfly reward — a symbol of transformation and magic.
This event also marks a small but important experiment for us:
We are testing Eventbrite as a ticketing platform.
You may notice free tickets available online. These tickets are not required to attend, but claiming one helps us test the system and learn how to better manage attendance for future events.

Our Community Fundraiser is Live
We have officially launched our community donation campaign on Zeffy.
The Front Range Fantasy Festival exists because of the incredible support of our community. Donations help us fund:
• performers and artists
• immersive installations and sets
• family programming
• free and low-cost creative experiences
• community pop-up events throughout the year

Sponsorship Opportunities Open
We are currently seeking festival sponsors for the 2026 Front Range Fantasy Festival.
In order to produce this year’s festival at the scale we envision, sponsorship commitments must be secured by June 1.
Sponsors play a vital role in making the festival possible — and they receive unique visibility and benefits throughout the year.

Sponsorships are the only way to receive VIP tickets to this year's festival events.
This allows us to reserve those experiences for the businesses, organizations, and individuals that help bring the festival to life.

We're Looking for Board Members
As the festival grows, so does the need for strong leadership and support.
We are currently seeking volunteers to fill two important board roles:
• Treasurer
• Volunteer Coordinator
These positions help guide the organization as we expand our programming across the Front Range.
We are also actively looking for a mentor — someone with nonprofit or festival experience who can help guide us as we continue building this organization.
Starting a nonprofit is a huge adventure, and we welcome wisdom from those who have walked this path before.
