Less Than a Week to Go! ✨

We can hardly believe it—the Fantasy Festival is officially less than a week away! The final countdown is on, and we are in the whirlwind stage of making sure every last detail is ready.

Of course, that means my office currently looks like a craft store collided with a bad spell. Add in a very energetic 2-year-old who thinks foam balls and glue sticks are the best toys ever, and you can imagine the chaos. Someone come play with him while I finish hot-gluing mushrooms to mirrors! 😂

What’s Coming This Week

We have so much magic to share with you before the big day:

• 🪞 Set Sneak Peeks – behind-the-scenes looks at the Magic Mirror, Potions Apothecary, and more.

• 📜 The Official Schedule – so you can plan your quests, shows, and shopping.

• 🧡 Volunteer Information – we need all hands on deck to bring this story to life!

Volunteer with Us

Want to be part of the magic in a very real way? We are still looking for volunteers to help with:

• Set-Up (6–10 AM): moving set pieces, draping ceilings, preparing displays

• Fantasy Market (10 AM–4 PM): assisting at quests, selfie stations, and interactive sets

• Room Reset (4–7 PM): transforming the market into the Stars Align Ball

• Evening & Clean-Up: supporting immersive stations and helping pack up after midnight

Volunteers receive free tickets as a thank-you for their time (Market tickets for ages 14–18, Ball tickets for ages 18+). Costumes are encouraged, and you’ll even get a pouch of tokens to hand out to worthy guests during their quests.
