The Front Range Fantasy Festival is entering an exciting new chapter. After an incredible year of creativity, community support, and magical momentum, we are now preparing to officially incorporate as a nonprofit in January. To begin this journey, we will be electing our very first Board of Directors.
Please join us for our monthly Dreamweavers community meeting:
📅 Sunday, December 7🕒 2:00 PM📍 The Hawthorne Tree, Cheyenne📡 Also available via Facebook Live for remote participation
During this meeting, we will vote to fill three board positions. These roles form the backbone of our nonprofit leadership and will guide the festival as we grow our programming and regional impact.
Open Board Positions
1. Board Chair
The Board Chair plays a vital leadership role with a strong emphasis on volunteer coordination. The Chair helps organize volunteer teams, ensures committees stay active, and supports communication between leadership, staff, and volunteers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding people, staying organized, and building a supportive community.
2. Board Secretary
The Secretary maintains the official records of the organization, prepares meeting agendas and minutes, tracks governance documents, and ensures clear communication among board members. This position is essential for keeping the nonprofit organized, compliant, and transparent.
3. Board Treasurer
The Treasurer oversees basic financial operations, including reviewing monthly reports, assisting with the annual budget, and helping ensure strong financial controls. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys numbers, organization, and supporting sustainable growth.
(Note: A Vice Chair role may be added in future years, but is not required for our initial board formation.)

Why This Matters
Our 2025 warm-up event was just the beginning. As we transition into a nonprofit, our board members will help set the foundation for a sustainable, mission-driven organization that brings immersive arts and fantasy experiences to families across Wyoming and Northern Colorado.
Your voice, your support, and your leadership can help shape the future of this festival.
We hope to see you on Sunday—in person or online!
